Gorchitza (Kyiv, Ukraine)
Ukrainian music band, that works in electronic, dance rock and funky house stiles.
By the version of the international musical press this band is one of the brightest representatives of modern electronic music, that on the same level with the known foreign performers, such as Morcheeba, Moloko and Sophie Ellis - Bextor.
The band had performances with many known celebrities, including Nelly Furtado, Faithless, Morcheeba, J.J.Johanson, Montefiori Cocktail and other stars.
Also the band became the prizewinner of "The Best club vocal project" award by the version of Nightlife Awards.
Gorchitza performed at largest European festivals, one of which is SOPOT (Poland), where Gorchitza entered to the 15 finalists among 5000 applicants!
After a successful debut on the prominent musical projects of the year, such as Popkomm in Berlin and Reeperbahn in Hamburg, the band conquered numerous fans in Germany.
In March 2011 Gorchitza became a nominee of Russian MusTV award in category of “The breakthrough of the year”.
ZHANNA (Barcelona, Spain)
Singer, whose solo project in advance-guard electro-pop, electronic, dance and downtempo styles, can’t be disregarded.
At the beginning of 2008 Zhanna released the debut album "Ona", made in Spain. After that it was released "Playing Sadist" (2009).
A disk provoked positive criticism that gave to Zhannа a status of reference of electronic pop music.
The album became successful thanks to the creativity, rich vocal execution, airiness ("Playing Sadist" and "Dirty"), sensuality and romanticism ("Siren" and "Looking Back") in electronic forms of sinthpop, jazz and trip – hop. Later were produced remixes of "Playing Sadist" single (Tsunami Music & Soport Music, on July, 15 2010).
Composer's capabilities of Zhannа are deserved separate attention both in dance and in electronic music. She saves deepness in the lyric of songs and harmonious saturation in melodies.
During this time Zhanna did some work with such international celebrities as Felix Da Housecat, Alan Boguslavsky (Heroes del Silencio), Brunetto and Kulyela. One of the most popular works with her participation is "Like something for Porno!": is a song that have got the world glory!
