Z-Games 2011 will take place during two weeks from 18th till 31st of July.

First Week - 18-25 of July will be filled with competitions in all kinds of sports as well as the killer music program.

Second week - 26-31 of July will take place under the sign of relaxation and recreation. During this period ALL THE PLAYGROUNDS WILL BE WORKING and you will be able to use them for FREE.

 

Visa policy and prices

In order to get an access to Z-Games you need to buy an entrance visa. It will cost you 200 UAH (25$).

It is also possible to pre-register for the festival and receive a discount for a visa at a rate of 25%. In such case you will have to spend 150 UAH (19$). To register, click on the link below:

 

The actual payment for the visa will be made in the ticket office on the territory of the festival, regardless of whether person is pre-registered or not.

There are no one-time visas to Z-Games.

Z-Games visa is valid from 18th of July to the 1st of August and gives you a right to enter the Mars territory.

Z-Games visa does not give you a right to enter Z Republic that starts from August the 1st 2011.

 

How to reach us

Z-Games will take place on Mars, the Republic of Kazantip (Z Republic). It is situated on the Black Sea coast in the Popovka village, Saki district, Crimean Autonomous Republic, Ukraine.

 

You can get to Popovka village with a several ways:

1. From Kiev to Simferopol (by plane, train). Next step - from Simferopol to Evpatoria (by train,

bus, taxi). Then from Evpatoria to Popovka village or Mirny village (by bus, taxi). There are also buses from Simferopol directly to Mirny village.

2. From Kiev to Evpatoria (by train), from Evpatoria to Popovka village or Mirny village (by train, bus, taxi).

3. Geographical coordinates for your own transport to village Popovka: 45 ° 17 '51 "N, 33 ° 2' 15" E

Accommodation

Z-Games visitors can choose from one of the following options of accommodation.

 

Private Sector

Private accommodation can be rented either in Popovka village or in Mirny village or in cooperatives on the Spit after Mirny village.

 

Popovka Village

It is a small village consisting of 5 streets side-by-side with Kazantip. Here you can rent a room in a mini-hotel or private house. The cost ranges from 130 - 800 UAH ($ 15-100) per person per night depending on the closeness to the Kazantip territory and living conditions. Meals are usually charged separately.

You can also find luxury accommodation with sea views and expensive interior design with the price of $200-400 per day.

In Popovka you can find 3-4 small shops with a narrow range, small food markets and lots of café with local fast food near the territory of Kazantip.

 

Mirny Village

This is a military town with panel houses in the 20-minute walk from Kazantip. Here you can rent an apartment with a few rooms for family or company. Walk at night after a party will be too tiring , but you can drive by a taxi for 10-20 dollars (it is a night double rate).

There is a farm market with fruits and vegetables and lots of shops with a variety of stuff there.

 

Split

This place is situated in a 15 minutes drive from Z Republic. It is the beginning of the Donuzlav Gulf.

There are a large number of comfortable hotels and villas which are for the rent. This place is pretty remote and quiet and ideal if you want to have a rest from loud noises and hangouts. Nuance – you can reach it only by car. The cost of rent varies from 100 to 1000 UAH ($ 12-125) per day.

 

Z-Camping

From the 17th of July till the 31st of August a tent camping will be organized in the Z-Games territory.

The cost of living in the camping is 25 UAH per person + 25 UAH for a tent per night ($3 + $3).

Camping will be equipped and provided with guard, shower, bio-toilets, storage room, light sockets for charging phones, free Wi-Fi zone.

Also people who are living in the camp will have the opportunity to eat at special rates on camping kitchen.

Entrance to the camping will be done by a special bracelet. Tents and sleeping mats guests have to provide with their own.

Those who won’t be able to take camping stuff can use local rental service. Prices for equipment rent:

 - Sleeping pad – 5 UAH per day;

 - Sleeping bag – 15 UAH per day;

 - Camping tent (2 person) – 30 UAH per day;

 - Camping tent (4 person) – 60 UAH per day;

 

Auto-Camping

If you would like to arrive by your caravan car you can use an auto-camping!

Food

You can and you should eat hearty and delicious! There are a lot of variants:

- Mini-kitchen in the camping area;

- Cafes / restaurants with various cuisines on Z Republic’s territory;

- Local fast food on the border with Z Republic territory;

- A few cafes with local cuisine in Popovka and Mirny villages;

- Shops + markets in Mirny village, where you can buy fresh food in case you want to cook yourself;

You can buy 3-time a day complex meal on a camping mini-kitchen, at the cost of about 100 UAH (12,5$).
