Calculation of average cost of visiting Z-Games Kazantip

 

All the costs of visiting Z-Games can be divided into 2 parts - fixed and variable. Their difference lies in dependance on duration of your staying at the project's site.

 

Fixed cost's articles:

- railway tickets (one-way): economy class - 80-150 UAH; business class - 150-230 UAH; V.I.P. class - 350-450 UAH;

- transfer to Popovka village (one-way): public taxi - 30 UAH, private taxi - from 200 UAH;

- entrance visa - 200 UAH; 

 

Variable cost's articles:

- accomodation: tent camp - 35 UAH per day; private hotels - from 150 UAH per day; luxury villas - from 1500 UAH per day;

- food: tent camp cuisine - 100 UAH per day; bars and fast-foods at the site - from 200 UAH per day; private houses and hotels in Popovka - from 200 UAH per day; cafe's and restaurants in Mirniy - from 200 UAH per day; 

- other expences: alcohol, bars, fast food, souvenirs etc. - depending on your demands, average 100 UAH per day.

 

Total:

Fixed costs: minimum  500 UAH (economy class train, public taxi, entrance visa), average - 1200 UAH (business class train, private taxi, entrance visa), maximum 1800 UAH (V.I.P. class train, private taxi, entrance visa).

Variable costs: minimun 150 UAH per day (camp accomodation, camp cuisine, minimum alcohol etc.), average (условно) 500 UAH per day (accomodation at private hotel (**), fast food and cafes at Z-Games site, alcohol, souvenirs), maximum (approx.) 2700 UAH per day (luxury villa's accomodation, restaurant and cafe at Mirniy, quite a lot of alcohol)
